How To Make A Fabric Bead

So I just got back from work about 20 minutes ago, and thought to do a quick DIY post as I've had this tutorial on my hard drive for a while now- yeah, I put together tutorials when I get the urge, and store them away lol! So straight to it, i'v got to get dinner!

Apply some glue around the mid section of the bead.

wrap the fabric around (measurement guide - be sure it goes around the bead and covers it up )

make some cuts around the top of the fabric to enable easy foldin

tuck in the tufts you created via cutting, with the help of a bit more glue.

and you have a fabric bead.... you could get creative with these, and make cute necklaces, embellish your sandals, lots!

do remember to follow me on twitter - @thatssewnaija

No u can't use non-hollow beads. U'l need that space in the bead to tuck in ur fabric.
