Ok, let me know what part you didn't quite get or if you want me to go over the steps for you ok? It's quite simple. Just get ur fringe ready or some yarm if you can't lay your hands on fringe, some chain and beads or just a charm necklace or 2 charm bracelets and we'll go through the process together.
Yes dear, u could either buy fringe from the market or make yourself with wool(knitting) yarn as I did in the tutorial. You can go to the tutorial, I posted pics of actual fringe.(Although some come reeeeeally long:-)
